The painting by Sargent of Mrs. Phipps and Winston Guest is hanging in
the Phipps dining room of Old Westbury Gardens, Old Westbury, Long
Island, NY, which in now open to the public. According to the plaque it
was done in 1906.

portrait of Mrs. Phipps with her grandson, Winston Guest (1906-1982)
seated on her lap. Mrs. Phipps wears a white gown with dark green
overcloak. The baby wears a white dress with white lace cap.

choker, pearl necklace, bracelets, and rings.
