H.R.H. Princess Mary, the daughter of King George V and Queen Mary. Princess Mary would be the future wife of the 6th Earl of Harewood. This would be one of, if not the last piece of art Sargent did before he died. 

"The Princess had hay fever at the time and said this drawing made her look as though she had a bad cold. " (Harewood House, Yorkshire)
