Rosemary, Viscountess Ednam, daughter of Millicent, Duchess of Sutherland, and wife of Viscount Ednam (later Earl of Dudley).  She was killed in a tragic airplane accident.

I found the charcoal portrait of Rosemary, Viscountess Ednam, reproduced in another book  (Looking Back: The Autobiography of the Duke of Sutherland - the Duke was Rosemary's brother), and it is signed and dated at the bottom left-hand corner, John S. Sargent, and the date is either 1917 or 1919 - the print is small and it is kind of hard to tell which, but I thought it might be nice to at least have the general timeframe.
