Phineas Paist and Denman Fink, architects. 3 stories, local limestone, stuccoed exterior, tile roof, central 3-stage clock tower, Corinthian colonnade. A major element in the plan of George E. Merrick, founder of Coral Gables, to create a Spanish-Mediterranean city. Public. N.R. 1974.
